If your chosen person leaves or is let go for performance reasons within the first 3 months, we will guarantee their replacement for up to 6 months.
Our first meeting will clarify everything about the role(s); job description, an understanding of your ideal candidate attributes and skills, and WHY they should choose to work for you. With that information, we will write the job ads, descriptions, and initial phone screen intake questionnaire.
Get the word out! We’ll post on various job boards, share on our socials, and use our wide and extended networks to source active and passive candidates.
We’ll review each applicant and identify those who look to be a great fit for your positions. Our interview process is designed to assess technical background and skills, behavioral attributes, as well as the intangible characteristics – values, hopes & dreams.
Now that the initial interviews are complete, we’ll only nominate and send you the candidates who best match your ideal profile for you to interview. You will have their full assessment and interview questionnaire to review.
We will help schedule every interview, and can be available to hand-hold throughout the process from background checks, to offer, to acceptance.
